Screen cracked on phone.. made claimed, denied.. waste of 20.00 a month. Tried to contact verizon to cancel insurance.. on hold over 2 hours. Pretty disappointed
Worst experience I have EVER had trying to get help. You shouldn’t even offer tech help. So disappointed in the company.. NOT to mention paid for insurance then when needed, claim denied
You are correct, calling not required as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get human help on ANY of your contact numbers. Just dont give out help numbers if you refuse to allow use
I would be just as upset and frustrated over having a claim denied, and not being able to cancel the insurance. I'm really sorry for this huge inconvenience.
