Over 1700 contacts on the cloud. I no longer have contacts on my phone. How do I move the contacts from the cloud to my phone? I see directions for moving photos and data.

If you are relying on Verizon Cloud, it is notorious for deleting contacts at its will. Go into Cloud online and look into the trash can. Then move them all back to the cloud and sync them back to your phone. I would recommend after this that you change all of your contacts to Google contacts and let Google back them up. You will never need to worry about them disappearing again.
