I'm trying to take the sim from my pixel 7 and use it on an older phone I have. However, when I put the sim in I only get data. Trying to make a call or text does not work.
My line is on a business account. I know there's a lot of options on the manager website for it. I'm not sure if I need to turn off HD voice or if there's some other features I need to adjust to get the phone to work. I also saw there's a phone switch restriction. I don't know if that has to deal with my issue or not?
When I put the SIM card in I made sure I picked voice over LTE. However, it is showing unknown for the voice network type.
Any help would be awesome.
