For over 5+ years, I've received text verification codes from my bank, insurance companies, and cable tv providers....etc.  Of course, they were never placed on m block list."   Now, for some strange reason, I'm getting the following message after my bank and insurance companies try to send me a verification code .... "You are unable to receive a text message due to a device restriction or insufficient funds."    How can the device restriction be removed so the verification codes can be received from my bank and insurance companies?  For your info, I'm a prepaid customer using iPhone 13
