Why am I being charged $20 smartphone access fee for my LG smartphone and $40 for the iPhone on my account? Why isn't this fee the same for both smartphones?
Making sure you are being billed correctly is important, Pacersbren. I know how seeing multiple different charges for each line can be confusing. It sounds like your LG Smartphone is either out of contract (considered month to month) or is on a device payment. When a line is month to month or on device payment it receives a discounted line access charge of $20. The iPhone line has the standard line access charge of $40. This line is likely still under contract. I hope this helps clear up any confusion.
