Two years ago I purchased an unlimited plan that includes the Disney Bundle with Hulu and ESPN. We have spent HOURS talking to support and still cannot get the ESPN app on our TV or our devices. Verizon keeps giving me links that take me in circles and we accomplish nothing. I have two "SMART" Tvs and we do not get a choice of ESPN. Everything Verizon tells me is an app on a phone. I do not want to view any of these services on my phone. I want to watch my Tv. Occasionally I make it to an app link that wants a code, that wants our password and then it tells me I do not have an account. After my session again with Verizon, I am mad and frustrated. Any ideas? Thank you.
