Do I Have To Pay Extra For Voicemail?

Hi. Question please: I'm being prompted to accept something in voicemail. [I realize I do not want Premium Visual Voice - which has a fee]... Does 'Basic Visual Voicemail' come with any plan? or does one need to pay for Any Visual Voicemail? Thanks!

I love my voicemail. It allows to me get vital information. You can dial *86 send and access your voicemail. If you are wanting to have visual voicemail it is a charge for $2.99. Here is some additional information http://spr.ly/658486or4.
