My Eris keeps turning off. Originally, it would power down and I could turn it on, but it would turn off after 5 min or so. Now, it will rarely power all the way up be before powering off. The battery was fully charged when I started having problems. I read on one of the forums that it may be app related, so I uninstalled all the apps I could; the problems persist. Does anyone know what is going on? I would really appreciate the help.

Could be a defective battery instead. I believe warranty does cover the battery too.
