Two weekends ago, I replaced my iPhone. I accepted the offer to subscribe to HUM. Two days ago, I turned on the Safety Score feature. The first trip with it on recorded correctly, but subsequent trips are way off. It's as if the device is picking up information about some one else's car. Has anyone else run into this problem?
Egrigoleit, receiving accurate information from my Hum device is critical to me as well. I apologize you are having this experience and will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me what software is the Hum device running? Also, share with me what happens when you attempt to remove and reinstall the Hum device?
