Joe60091,
That's a very strange error message to get! What are you trying to do when you see this prompt?
You should be able to do this by going to About Device, scrolling to the build number (it's not highlighted), then touch and hold the build number until you receive a message. It will state you will become a developer in 3 steps. Read through the messages until there are no more and then you will see developers options. You can click on that and then scroll down to USB Debugging.

I have the same problem with the Spectrum TV app. I am using any LG Velvet in Verizon plan and. I clicked on the build number as instructed and it did say "you are 4 steps away from being a developer," then "you are a developer" ir something silimar. Nothing changes after that. There is not option to click on anything mentioning debugging settings. When clicking on build number again it says, "you are already a developer." The link you posted is too a site cled Techwalla that has nothing remotely similar to troubleshooting thr problem. If it does, I have no way of finding the correct oage on the site. Please advise. Thank you in advanve for your help.
