Does any one know why a factory reset would not work? We have tried 3 times. It is my second phone line my ex had the phone and I can not return it so we factory reset it. Recently found out he is still able to see everything on my phone including text, emails, apps, I was told it was somewere his email is still in the account, after speaking to a rep and checking my account we do not see anything. Any suggestions? Please and Thank you
