I have had this app since it started. My boys are now 16 and 18. I want to remove the restrictions of them not being able to send/receive pictures or videos in text messages.
I can not figure out how to allow them. Any help is greatly appreciated
Hello, we can gladly assist you so you can remove the restrictions on their lines. Do you have access to your My Verizon account or application? If yes, you can removed the Smart Family or usage controls service from your features.
I don’t want remove them all. Just allow pictures to be sent and receved
Ther shouldnn't be any issues with receiving or senidng picture messages. The only thing that would stop pictures or videos would be if there is a limit on the amount of text messages that can be sent or received. Do you have a block outside of Smart Family on their lines?
