I have attempted to place an order since December 22nd for my daughter to get an iPad for Christmas and it has been canceled a total of 3 times.
I am currently serving active duty in the marine corps and have been a loyal customer for 6 years.
my order has been cancelled with no grounds for reason or justification and no one can tell me why. I was also promised an upgrade to an iPad 10th generation for the inconvenience. I have attempted to make a complaint but the customer service representative is not able to give me any answers. When I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Adam in the fraud department he simply said “it’s cancelled and there is nothing you can do about it” and when I politely asked him to elaborate he only kept repeating himself in a very rude manner and then disconnected the call which I thought was the most unprofessional way to handle this matter.
I need to contact someone who can do something about this because my next step is to go to court to have this resolved.
is there anyone I can speak to that can do something about this?
