how to capture a photo in another app

I'm sorry for any issue in getting the photos you want on your phone. I'd like to clarify what you're trying to do, to make sure we're on the same page. What application are you in? Are you able to capture photos from other applications? How are you trying to capture the photo? Please clarify, so we can get to the bottom of this for you.
