need to know if i can install Android Beam on my Galaxy Tab 2
Android beam is a feature, not an application that you install. That said, if your tablet has NFC then it should work with Android Beam.
You'll have to enable it in Settings, it should be under the wireless and networks option. I'm not sure where exactly it will be found on your tablet as I do not use a Galaxy Tab and don't know where Samsung's interface has the option.
