My husband recently got a different phone. Now, no U S Cell customers can call him. The message say's the number has been disconnected, which it hasn't. After many wasted time and travel, Verizon tell's us pretty much they can't, (( don't know how to fix ) problem. So, now he sit's with NO PHONE.
I guess it's time for both of us to leave Verizon. To me, it's really bad when a company sit's on their butt and can't or won't fix problems caused bye them
Has anybody else had unsolved problems with Verizon ?
The tech's tried different sim cards, tried one of their own phones, the problem still existed.
Was told it wasn't with phone or me, it was verizon internal.
