HTC One M9 wi-fi problem

Phone updated last week. Since then, I have been unable to connect to Wi-Fi. It says it's on, but won't actually pull up any available or saved connections. Just keeps spinning. I have powered the phone off, I have restarted in safe mode and attempted to start Wi-Fi from there. I am unable to even add a network. Burning through my data. Super uncool. Please help.

Being able to connect to WiFi is a must and we want to ensure that yours is working as it should. Thanks for trying Safe Mode. Taking a look we're not seeing any known issues related to WiFi after the most recent software update. Since this started has there been any damage to the phone? Is your device backed up?
