my lg pre paid, will make calls but when I try to hang up nothing happens no screen no way to shut it off, no buttons show my screen until the other person hangs up. its frustrating! Dont have much to go on either. can anyone help me with this?

Let's get that screen up and running! I know that it can be frustrating if your screen doesn't give you the option to hang up. What LG device are you using? Sounds like it could be the screen timeout option. I would recommend going into your settings, then looking for screen. I am sure you find the resolution here. Keep us posted.
