Help Needed: Kyocera DuraSport 5G UW Lagging with Classroom Software

Hey everyone,

I'm diving into the tech world, but I've hit a major speed bump and I'm hoping someone can give me a hand. I'm not exactly the techiest person around, so please bear with me if I sound a bit lost.

I recently got the Kyocera DuraSport 5G UW phone, which is supposed to be all rugged and ready for action. But here's the problem: whenever I try to use this classroom management software for my teaching stuff, my phone acts like it's stuck in molasses. It's slow and lags like crazy!

I'm still figuring out this whole hybrid remote learning thing, and I thought my rugged phone would be a great companion. But now I'm wondering if my phone and the classroom software are having some sort of tech feud. Are they not on speaking terms?

I've tried closing all the other apps on my phone, thinking maybe it's overwhelmed with too many things happening. But even with just the classroom software running, it's like I'm teaching in slow motion.

I've heard words like "RAM" and "processing power," but honestly, I'm not sure what they mean or how they relate to my phone's slow-down issue. Could my phone be needing a tech boost or something?

If anyone out there can help me out in plain and simple terms, I'd really appreciate it. Think of explaining this to a five-year-old who thinks every device is a magic box.

We want to make sure that you are able to get your app working properly. It definitely seems like there might be a connectivity issue associated with the app. If this is the only app experiencing these issues, we would recommend making sure it is updated and possibly uninstalling and reinstalling it to make sure it is properly downloaded. ~Geo
