Hello all I'm new as a Verizon customer and also pretty new to these forums. Due to certain circumstances, I need to delete the internal storage off my phone. However when I do this, it says "unmounting internal storage" with the wait symbol and then "Internal storage is currently being checked." Then nothing happens. It happens every time and does not delete anything even after turning off the phone and turning it back on. Would anyone have any insight into these issue's? Thank you.
