I am trying to watch a video on NBC and this keeps popping up. Before you watch... Playing video on 3G/4G cellular networks has been disabled. You can change by going to settings in this app.How do I make it able?

In the NBC app, open the menu (three horizontal bars on the top left) and select the settings. Change the wifi only setting.
