apple will display on the screen for 4 seconds than screen goes blank.I held top button for 10 seconds .I held screen and power button for over 10 seconds still just the apple display .
RICWEI92, we want to make sure that you have a properly functioning device. What model of device do you have? Have you tried plugging the device in and holding both the power and home screen button while the device is completely off?
