How Do I Save Photos That were Sent From an iPhone?

How do you save a photo from an iPhone user? Can't save the photos on my MacBook either.

my mistake was trying to save it after I enlarged it, and on MacBook, you

have to hold down the control tab while pushing down the space bar.

All good now!!
