How Do I Set Downloaded Ringtones As My Default?

I have downloaded a couple of ringtones  to my  phone. How can I get them into the Default Ringtones  so that I can use them?

Use a file manager app from the Play Store if your phone doesn't have one and move the files to the Ringtones folder in the phone's internal memory (or connect the phone and a computer with the USB cable and 'drag and drop' the files).
