I'm very disturbed that they seem to have totally forgotten the ICE feature on the Brigadier by Kyocera. The point of ICE is not that I would use it, but that someone else could access it on the phone in an emergency in which I can't communicate. Jeez folks - FIX THIS!!!
ICE is not used by the owner of the device, but by someone else who needs to fine emergency contacts for the individual who may be unable to communicate. Not being able to access these contacts from a locked screen is a major, major design flaw.
