No need to be alarmed, bewildered2, your purchased ringback tone is still available for you to use. Please follow this link to the Media Store: http://vz.to/2xea3qr . Be sure to Sign In with the My Verizon credentials that were registered with your phone number. Then select the button for RBT Manager to change your ringback tone settings. You can also bookmark this page for future reference: http://vz.to/2xeo0Et . There is a direct link to the Media Store under #1 under Using Ringtones and Ringback Tones.
