1. Open the Verizon Smart Family app on your device.
2. Go to a Family Members dashboard.
3. Tap Contacts.
4. Tap Blocked contacts.
5. Tap Block a number.
6. Enter the contact, then tap Save.
7. Select Block private and restricted texts and calls to enable the block.

True, but after you dial 911, this add on stops working, and there is NO WAY to fix it.  Period.
