How do I delete voice mails?

My voice bix is full how do I empty it.

I have an iPhone 6.  All voicemails are deleted, but when people call they are told the voicemail is full and they cannot leave messages.

I have no voicemails and my phone is still saying that my mailbox is full.  This needs to be fixed asap!  I have an XR and need my voicemail for when my childrens' school is trying to get in touch with me.

We know how important it is to ensure voicemails are able to be left on your phone. Especially messages from your child's school. There was an issue impacting some iPhone users and their voicemail boxes. We have an easy fix to get you back up and running. All you need to do is dial *86 to call into your voicemail. You will then be prompted for your voicemail pin number. Once you have access, you will be able to hear if there are any saved messages. Delete any unneeded messages. Once done, you are all set. Please test by having someone call your phone and attempt to leave a message. Let us know what happens.
