How do I get Google Chrome to work on Verizon service? Device is LG Stylo 2V, thanks

I have a data plan but can't seem to access Google Chrome thru Verizon plan.

Calling, texting works. Emails don't download in wifi only. Thanks

Is the cellular data connection turned on and active?
