How do I get rid of the extended greeting instructions?

For the Galaxy Note 4 how do I get rid of the instructions for sending a fax or leaving a callback number at the end of my greeting?

I understand your desire to remove the extended greeting from your voicemail azazure! Once you create and use a personal greeting, your callers should only listen to the message you create.

Unfortunately that didn't work.   It plays my custom greeting and then has a menu of additional options.  I remember when I first set up VM there was an option for extended instructions.   At the time I didn't know what that meant, but now I would like to de-select that option.  Can I blow away my VM and go through the initial setup process again?
