I do not with to sign up for visual voice mail, but I haven't been able to remove it from my phone. It is annoying because everytime I get a voicemail it tries to get me to sign up for the visual voice mail service.
Thanks in advance!

Disable Visual Voicemail in your My Verizon features page. Do NOT use the voicemail app icon. Instead, dial *86 or long press #1 on your dialer screen.

This is really not acceptable. Prior to these past few days, I was able to see a list of my voicemails by simply hitting the icon. Why make it more difficult???????

Why resurrect a four year old discussion thread for this?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
