Which info are you referring to?
The info that you hear when you call voicemail detailing the caller's phone number, date and time of the call? That's the "envelope information" and you can set your options to turn that info on or off during message playback.
The info that your caller hears after your greeting (To leave a call back number...fax....etc) can be shortened by disabling some of the options, but the basic instructions remain. The only way to get rid of it entirely is to use a third party email app like YouMail or Google Voicemail.

Actually to turn envelope information off:
Call your voicemail
At the initial prompt, choose 4 for Personal options, then chose the following sequence:
2 - Administrative options, then
4 - Envelope options and toggle them OFF.

I can't figure out how to turn off the envelope information on all my Verizon devices. I'm told to dial *86, then 4 for personal options, then 2 for administrative options. There is no 2 for administrative options. Anyone have a clue?

Try 4 personal optins, 2 administrative options, 4 message options, 2 envelope information. That's what mine has.

We want this resolved ASAP. Were you able to try to dial *86, then 4 for personal options, then 2 for administrative options ( as acraftylady2 recommended) ?
