Make sure Advanced Calling is disabled, if you have that feature.

RingBACK tones are stored on Verizon's servers - they are played for your caller to hear instead of the standard landlinetype phone ringing sound when someone calls you. They aren't stored on your phone.
And as Snn5 suggested, disabling Advanced Calling is a workaround, since Advanced Calling and Ringback tones are not compatible at present.

Levivion, setting up ringback tones to the phone is always fun. If you have an Android device you can always go into the Verizon Tones Applcation on your phone to purchase ringback tones. If you don't have Verizon Tones on the phone already you can go into the Google Play Store and download it from there. Please keep us posted if you have any futher questions or concerns.
