After the update my text messaging would take 5 to 10 min to send. After wiping my pictures, videos and text messages it was still acting up. I then did a Factory rest on it and the problem still went on. So Verizon ended up sending me a replacement phone. within the 6 days I have had it all my apps keep "unfortunately" stopped working, I completely wiped and reset my phone again and now my phone has randomly gone to the Red Verizon Screen like when it starts up. I hold down the power and volume button and it starts up right until it gets to the red screen. What a joke. I cant even turn my phone off let alone use it. OVER IT!!!!!!!
