How do I make it quit saving multules of each contact every time I back up??????

Change all of your contacts to Google Contacts and let Google be your backup source. then go into Verizon Cloud (Backup Assistant) and delete all of your contacts. Let google sync going forward.

Bmarie79, keeping your contacts safe and secure is extremely important. As you are seeing duplicates, may I ask, how are you backing these contacts up? Via the phone or the My Verizon online? Are you using the Cloud or the Back up Assistant? Please share details.
