I have a Galaxy S4 Note.  I need to transfer my many photos & videos to an external source to free up space.  I have no laptop or Ipad..

send to sdcard and sdcard adapter.

upload to cloud service. any, or any google or Verizon cloud. you can access then via internet ib your smartphone,

The Note 4 has an SD card slot; you can move all your photos, music, videos, etc to the SD card, and set it as the default for saving those items going forward.  The Note 4 can use up to 256 GB SD card.
