I was out and I could not plug my phone in before the battery died. When I got home I put it on the charger and left it for about an hour. When I went to check it I hit the power button and the only thing that comes up is a battery icon with 0% in it. I changed chargers and even switched plugs but it still wont charge. The phone is less than a month old, and it has NO damage at all.

Try leaving it off and give it 20 minutes.

This may sound too simplistic. Remove the battery, wait at least a minute. Put the battery back in, then try charging it.

Take off the backplate and take off the battery
Hold power button for 30 seconds. Then put the battery back in. Leave the device off and plug it in.

If this happens again, possibly try charging slowly with a computer's USB port. If that works, let it charge to 10-20%, then put it on the AC charger. This might be a protection mechanism from preventing a depleted battery from initially charging fast.
