I want to make a Complain about the supervisor Joselyn.

I placed an order for an Apple watch on my phone with a trade-in. Then I realized that the trade-in device showing on my end was the wrong trade-in device. So I called Verizon customer service and this first girl tells me that there was nothing they can do and they have to cancel the order and place another order. To which I said ok. She placed me on hold and transferred me to another rep without saying anything but she did put a request to cancel the order. This new rep Tanila did try to help and she told me that they didn't have to cancel anything they could've easily adjusted the trade-in. We were on a call for 90 minutes where she end up not being able to help and they transferred me to her supervisor Hose. He was nice and told me that the first order had been canceled and He is also waiving the activation fee for the order that we will be placing. I've placed an order and I thought that was the end of the story but I was wrong. The next day I received two emails from FedEx saying I'm being sent two packages from Verizon I immediately checked my Verizon app and guess what first order wasn't canceled but it was actually been shipped. I called again and I spoke with the first rep she said the order did get canceled and that package will be rerouted to their warehouse.  I requested to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor also assured me that the first order had been already canceled. But today FedEx delivered two packages. Yes, the right order was never canceled. I called again Verizon and requested to speak with the supervisor. Here comes Joselyn who was rude from the beginning. I was trying to explain the situation and all she said was let me figure out what is going on. And then I was telling her the situation where she constantly interrupted me and she kept telling me it doesn't matter what you see on your end. on my end it is different. I told her I can provide proof but she kept saying no you are wrong.  I requested to speak with someone else. I am totally ready to move my 6 lines so somewhere else. She was so rude and didn't even listen to me. I guess she was so sure that I will not take my time and make an official complaint about her. I'm waiting for a call from her supervisor but I do not think that she actually put a request for me to speak with her supervisor. So please help me to make an official complaint and also I still haven't received a refund for the initial order. Also this Joselyn couldn't even do her job right because I just checked and she just put a return to just two items on the order and the order had 4. I wasn't my money back and I want to cancel my services in Verizon.
