I recently purchased an ASUS Zen Pad Z10 (yesterday). I removed the SD card from my old Galaxy and wanted to insert into the ASUS.
I found instructions Insert SD Card - ASUS ZenPad Z10 | Verizon Wireless which I followed (or tried to). I found the sharp pin-type tool in the box that my tablet came in. When I put it into the hole I tried to push it as far as it could go, and I tried to pry the door open, but I could not get it open. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I did a live chat with Verizon and told them the above steps. Their answer? Here is a link to show you how to do it: Insert SD Card - ASUS ZenPad Z10 | Verizon Wireless Not very helpful.
Does anyone else have one of these and know how to open the tray and can tell me? (And please don't just refer me to the above link)

Have you tried using a small paper clip instead of the insertion/removal tool?

I actually tried several things of various sizes. I imagine the tool though is optomized to the device?
