International Data Going In and Out

I have been on an international data plan for the past couple weeks here in Japan on my Google Pixel 6 Pro and everything has been working out great. Suddenly, today, my phone went through a fit of back and forth telling me one minute that I would have service and other times telling me that there was no data to be had. I checked to see if maybe my data plan had switched back to a domestic plan, yet it says that it is still on for the international data plan. I've tried toggling manual/automatic selection of my network in my settings and I've tried turning my phone off quite a few times to find nothing changes. I only have a few days left here but life will be extremely difficult here in Japan if my data doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Japan has always been a place I'd love to visit, drbfarm. I am glad you've been enjoying your time there, and I would agree that not having data would be problematic if I were traveling as well. We definitely want to help get you connected. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us.
