I talked to a verizon rep a couple days ago about a new iphone and the next day my current iphones battery drains quickly without even using. It was working fine before the call. Coincidence?
Hi GJ54, thank you for reaching out about your battery concern. Can you tell me more about the reduction? Have you downloaded the new update? Any apps still running in the background? When you go to Settings > Battery > Battery Level/Activity, do these seem off under "Last 10 Days"?

Phone is updated, no apps running in the backround and battery usage is normal.

Sure hope this isn't the same thing 2 Android phone users reported with their phones getting very hot and draining battery at an insane rate after the recent software update Verizon released.
