ALL Verizon phones are unlocked form the get go and it has been that way for years.

ROYVOGEL, we understand wanting to make sure you are able to use your phone internationally. All 4G Postpaid devices are unlocked. We can't guarantee that they will work on a foreign network though, depending on the technology.
