Is there a way to send automatic text reply on an Orbic Journey L?

I am looking for a program to work with the boss's Verizon Orbic RC2200L Flip Phone.
He does not send or reply to messages on his phone and we want to send an automatic reply "Please send an email to . . ." whenever a message is received.
