PAmountaingirl, as a parent, I can understand the importance of controlling WiFi usage. Verizon Smart Family puts you in control. You can even stop the WiFi usage. Here's more information about it. http://spr.ly/6589D7R6U;

The links do not work. I have Smart Family and his internet is paused, but he can still use WiFi wherever there is one. I want it ALL stopped.

You need to access the links from the community website instead of email notification of the post.
Also you can use the MAC address filtering tool on your router to restrict when devices connected to your Wi-Fi network can access the internet.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I still don't see where you can stop all access to all WiFi activity. Especially ones that are offered for free and without a password restriction.

If my son goes into the app and turns off the connection, then it won't be locked. I wish I could lock even going into apps or seeing apps.

Sorry, but there seems to be deeper issue here and that is responsibility. My kids acting like that would not have any phone, much less a smart phone.
