Switched from postpaid to prepaid. Our JetPack did great streaming before. It's terrible now. Is it true that Verizon places priority on Postpaid? Is there anything that can be done?

We have tried multiple chats and visited the store twice. Unfortunately, today, a salesman talked us into upgrading our JetPack. The internet was actually even worse with this new one. I see no alternative at this point to cancel our JetPack and try to find another source of internet for our home. When Verizon switched to 5G and sent us two flip phones, our service has been really bad in our home. We had a flip phone and a slider phone before and were so happy with them. We'd really like to have a phone in our bedroom at night so our kids could call in an emergency.  Our JetPack worked just fine on Postpaid. It sure would have been nice if an agent had told us that going to Prepaid would ruin our streaming and internet use on our laptops. To  make matters worse, she didn't migrate our phone numbers. I literally spent 20 hours on the phone getting this fixed. Then, they charged me twice for the switch to Prepaid.  Finally I got a girl who said we can't refund but we can put a credit on your account.
