Band new LG 8 Thin Q, been charging (?) for 5 hours with charger it came with. Will not power on. No sign of being charge, lights, etc. When I plug it in to the charger, it makes a light buzzing noise, that's all.
jim0523, we are sorry to hear that your new device is not powering on. Allow us the opportunity to investigate the details of your concern. Can you please clarify if this device was ever able to be powered on? Does your device have any physical or liquid damage?
