This is unacceptable ! Every other wireless carrier has upgraded this device to 5.0.
Verizon is always the last one. Why is that? The upgrade was promised in December. LG gave you the upgrade pack so where is it?
Verizon is by far the most $$$$$$$ carrier and the last to do anything.. I see you rolled it out on YOUR turbo which came out months later than the G3. This phone needs lollipop to take advantage of it's features and increase battery life.
What US carriers have Lollipop for the G3? Oh that's right NONE.
Not every other carrier... Only 2 regions and those are not Samsung's biggest markets.
