My LG G5 (purchased in April) is now not responding. It's burning up, the messaging+ app won't load, therefore won't receive or send messages. This is the 3rd time I have reset it completely. I switched to the Messages app that is stock LG, and nothing is happening still. I'm beyond frustrated that I am having the same issues that my G4 had and I can't get an answer from anyone. I have it in Safe Mode right now...but nothing has changed. WHAT DO I DO? My phone has to be on at all times because I am a cheer coach and need to be able to be reached.

How's it not responding? It'd be best to clear all data and disable the verizon messaging app. It's a complete waste of resources. Stick with the LG default SMS service. Clear all your text messages then reset your phone by pulling the battery for 2 minutes then putting it back in.
