When phone is powered off and plugged into charger overnight, the battery is completely discharged (0%). If the phone is left powered on and plugged in the battery is fully charged. The phone is 2 years old and this issue has been occuring for the last few months. Anyone have an idea as to what is going on?
We want to make sure you have a working phone to use. With regard to the device battery issues we would need to review your device in more detail. Has there been any recent updates or changes with your device prior to this occuring? Has the device been dropped or exposed to water?
