LG K20 V Calendar

I just purchased the LG K20 V and have a question on the pre-loaded calendar. When I tried to delete individual dates (on an item that has a reoccurring weekly schedule), my only option was to delete "that item and all future items". How do I delete the individual date while keeping all future scheduled dates?

You should get the option to delete this event only or all future events. Select this event only.
